Upon contacting us (directly or via your Real Estate) we will arrange to meet with you to discuss your needs and look at your property. From here you will receive a quote and contract. A deposit will be required to book in the styling. (no deposit is required for Styling Consultation Package or In-Home Styling Package)
preparing your home for us
We do recommend that you do a little bit of preparation before we arrive for the installation to make it as seamless as possible. These suggestions include:
We recommend that you have your home cleaned before we start. The house may require a light vacuum and mop before your first open home.
Packing away all personal items such as medication, bills, jewellery, paperwork etc
Removing/taking down all photographs (this is part of taking your ‘stamp’ off the property).
what to expect on the day
So you can expect what to happen on the day here are some potential changes you may see happen
We do move furniture around to best show off the space and create flow and function
We do use picture hooks for hanging pictures. If exisiting hooks aren’t in the correct place we will make new small holes for hooks.
We do remove items for you to store that we cannot integrate into our styling. This does include items that are seen to be to your personal taste/style but won’t appeal to the widest range of buyers (which is the aim!).
You may feel your home feels quite empty (then what you’re used to) and that isn’t because of lack of detail by us. We have done this on purpose to make your property feel spacious. Trust us, less is more but this is harder than it looks!

What is my home doesn’t sell?
Even the most stunning property does not come with a guarantee. Every home is unique. We do offer extended hiring options and ongoing support throughout the campaign.
How long will it take to style my property?
Usually it only takes 1 to 2 days to style a property. This does depend on the size and scope of the project.
Can we live in the home while it is styled for sale?
It is always best to not be living in the property whilst being styled (to keep it as beautiful as possible!) but we know this can not always happen. We can be flexible in this.
Do I need to be home while you are styling my property?
As long as we have the access we need at the agreed time you don’t need to be at the property while it’s being styled. We will secure the property after completion and arrange to get the key back to you safely.
What is the difference between Property Styling and Interior Design?
Whilst they both use the elements and principals of design, Property Styling aims to appeal to the broadest market possible, whilst Interior Design is very personal and tailored to the client employing their services.
Do I get a say in what items you chose to style with in my home?
When hiring the expertise of a Property Stylist it is best to trust them in their styling choices. There is reason behind every decision. Just remember you are not styling for you, you are styling for potential buyers!
